At out winery, we take pride in every event we host. Mount Pleasant offers unique options to make your event one your guests will never forget!

Our winery and vineyards showcase breathtaking views in historic Augusta, Missouri. From our romantic Terrace Ballroom accommodating up to 225 guests, to our beautiful Arbor overlooking the Missouri River Valley, which is a spectacular place to exchange wedding vows.

Wedding ceremonies and receptions are very popular and weekend dates do fill fast! If you would like for us to check availability of a date, or are interested in scheduling a walk through to tour the property, please let me know as we are happy to do so.

FAQ’s

Does Mount Pleasant host more than one wedding at a time?
NO! We will only allow one wedding to take place at a time. We may have a ceremony in the afternoon, followed by an evening ceremony and reception, but never two at the same time.

Can we decorate the ceremony site?
Yes, you can add decorations yourself or have your florist take care of it. We ask that you do not add any additional nails to  the arbor.

When do ceremonies take place?
Our winery is open year round. We have live music from 2-5pm most Saturdays and Sundays. For ceremonies, the service will need to be completed before 2pm when the music starts. Most of our weddings take place at 1PM.

How many people can each wedding ceremony location hold?
The arbor package comes with 200 chairs, but the location can hold up to 250 chairs. It is $3 per additional chair over 200.  The cellars can only hold 40 guests comfortably.

Is Mount Pleasant dog friendly?
Yes, dogs are allowed on property as long as they are on a leash. You’re welcome to have your dog participate in your wedding ceremony.

Do you restrict what vendors can be used?
No, we don’t limit your vendor selections. We do have a few preferred vendors who will give our weddings couples special deals when you book with us. We are happy to give recommendations on vendors that have left positive impressions from past weddings.

Where do ceremonies take place in case of inclement weather?
If your arbor ceremony gets rained out, we’ll move it to the left wing of the ballroom. This call will need to be made the morning of the ceremony by 9:00AM.

How early can we get into the wedding suites?
You’re welcome to start using the suites at 9AM. (Earlier arrivals can be accommodated, but need to be approved in advance.)

What is the deposit?
The Ceremony Only fee of $1,200 must be paid in full, up front to reserve the date and is non-refundable.
