Our winemaker, Colin Pennington will lead the Port Tasting which will include samples of five different vintages of Vintage Port as well as two different volumes of Tawny Port and a White Port.

House Garden Salad
Romaine lettuce with grape tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers and Parmesan cheese with choice of dressing
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Stuffed chicken with ham and Swiss cheese, served with an artichoke cream sauce
Cheesecake drizzled with caramel sauce
Port Class Only – $40 for VC members, $45 per guest
Port Class + Dinner – $75 for VC members, $80 per guest
