Pale golden silver color. Bright caramel nut apple, cream soda, banana cake, and peach jam aromas follow through on a fruity yet dry medium-to-full body with excellent depth, zestiness and balance. Finishes with a long, tangy citrus marmalade. Very crowd and table friendly. Pairs well chicken, asian style, and mixed fruit salad.
Our 2017 Estates Vignoles is 100% Augusta Vignoles grown in vineyards in America’s first appellation. Finished slightly off dry with huge tropical fruit flavors of pineapple and guava, our Vignoles is best served chilled, not cold, with light cheeses. Surprisingly, it is wonderful with Thai food.
